About the role
- Own the design and day-to-day management of the game economy, making sure it supports the core gameplay and feels fair and fun for players.
- Balance free and paid economies, including virtual goods pricing and in-game rewards, to drive engagement and revenue.
- Track economy KPIs and player behavior to spot issues early and fix imbalances before they hurt retention or monetization.
- Work with product and business stakeholders to align economy decisions with game goals and revenue targets.
- Build and analyze economy models, simulations, and A/B tests to guide data-driven changes.
- Partner closely with analytics, product, monetization, and development teams to plan, ship, and iterate on economy features.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience in data analysis or economics within a B2C Company.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in formulas, data manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong passion for working with numbers, data analysis, and complex formulas.
- Strong technical skills and quick learning ability.
- An interest in mobile games.
- Knowledge of SQL - an advantage.
