About the role

  • Own revenue targets: Generate $600K-$1M in annual revenue through proactive sales activities and relationship development
  • Convert qualified leads: Engage with inbound leads and convert them into repeat borrowers through consultative selling
  • Build your pipeline: Maintain a healthy pipeline of 50-80 active opportunities, managing multiple deals simultaneously through various stages of the sales cycle
  • Close deals: Take full ownership of the sales process from initial contact through loan closing, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional borrower experience
  • Build lasting relationships: Establish client trust that generates referrals and repeat transactions from satisfied investor clients
  • Prepare and present loan quotes while prequalifying lending opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven complex sales performance: 3-5 years of B2B or B2B2C complex sales experience
  • Revenue accountability: Demonstrated ability to manage your own book of business and hit revenue targets independently
  • Consultative approach: Natural ability to educate and build trust rather than use high-pressure tactics
  • Financial acumen: Comfort with numbers, financial concepts, and analyzing investment returns
  • Pipeline management: Proven ability to juggle multiple opportunities and manage a complex sales pipeline
  • CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and commitment to process discipline
  • Communication excellence: Exceptional verbal and written skills with ability to simplify complex concepts and effectively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
