Accounting Manager

• Transform granular loan‑level data from multiple entities into timely, GAAP‑compliant financials
• Manage the accounting close process—including intercompany and consolidation activities—by preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations
• Conduct flux analyses and ensure the close is completed on time
• Drive system implementations such as a new ERP system (e.g., NetSuite) and a close-tracking tool
• Lead process improvements to streamline the close and build scalable, scalable solutions that support business growth
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Prepare supporting documentation for various tax filings and take ownership of assigned regulatory reporting tasks
• Drive the accounting memo process by conducting technical accounting research
