About the role

  • Lead end-to-end project and change management for HR system transformations, including HRIS migrations (SuccessFactors), automation initiatives, and self-service enablement
  • Support Vonage's culture transformation roadmap by partnering with Culture Champions, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed culture behaviors into HR processes
  • Design and deliver multi-modal training programs, manager toolkits, and support structures (workshops, office hours, guides, videos) tailored to diverse user groups
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that create compelling change narratives connecting transformation to business outcomes and employee experience
  • Conduct change impact assessments, facilitate pilot programs, and implement tiered rollouts to minimize change fatigue and maximize adoption
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption rates, sentiment, business impact) and provide data-driven insights to leadership on transformation progress
  • Lead change management for the integration of AI-powered HR solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent automation) into the employee experience
  • Serve as trusted advisor to HR Leadership on change management best practices, facilitating stakeholder alignment and decision-making

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading organizational change management for HR/People transformation initiatives, with proven success in large-scale system implementations
  • Deep expertise in HR systems (SuccessFactors, Degreed, ADP) and understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Demonstrated experience supporting culture transformation or organizational effectiveness initiatives, including workshop facilitation and behavioral change programs
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks) with ability to apply them in complex, matrixed environments
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority
  • Proven project management capabilities, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Facilitation and training design skills, with ability to create engaging learning experiences and support structures for diverse audiences
