• Prepare and implement in-plant supply chain processes related to new products and processes within in-plant logistics for Volvo
• Introduce new processes and roll-out of Lean Materials
• Design transport flow interface between local suppliers/logistic providers and plant
• Develop internal material flows from dock to point of use within the plant
• Design off-line sequence, kitting, and material preparation cells within logistics area of the plant
• Perform M3MU kaizen studies and problem-solving analysis across process optimization projects
