About the role
- Oversees clinical supervision and support for all residential programs
- Ensures client-centered, high-quality care
- Establishes performance standards
- Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies
- Supervises clinical leadership to meet organizational and client needs effectively
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and clinical licensure are required
- Masters is strongly preferred
- Minimum of four years of experience providing therapeutic services to populations impacted by addiction
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in conducting individual and group counseling, completing assessments, developing resources, and maintaining client records
- CPR and first aid certification must be obtained within 60 days of position start and must be maintained
- A valid Driver’s License and proof of individual automobile insurance is required in addition to a driving record that is in compliance with Volunteers of America only if the employee is assigned to transport program, participants, or any other type of activity that mandates driving
