• Responsible for oversight of all operational aspects of the programs
• Direct supervision of the facility's frontline staff
• Ensure skill groups are being completed and documented
• Coordinate and maintain the upkeep of the physical plant in collaboration with the facilities team
• Maintain fleet obligations and facility supplies
• Responsible for training and staffing, participates in the budgeting process
