• initiate, develop, and maintain healthy business relationships to ensure successful employment for veterans
• work directly with veterans in achieving job retention by helping them overcome barriers to successful employment
• coordinate transportation when necessary

• acts as an advocate and liaison between the client and community service providers to ensure appropriate utilization of resources in meeting the needs of the client
