About the role
- Support and participate in recruitment and selection processes;
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives;
- Update internal controls, spreadsheets, and reports;
- Provide support for daily activities related to the hiring/onboarding process;
- Interact with employees and managers to provide support and clarify questions;
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and the development of HR metrics;
- Monitor development and training programs;
- Help organize and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
- Communicative, proactive, and organized;
- Knowledge (even if theoretical) of recruitment and selection, HR projects, and initiatives focused on employee experience.
