About the role

  • Execute and monitor billing processes including rating, invoicing, and service modifications
  • Collaborate with project managers, IT, finance, vendors and customer experience teams to align billing processes
  • Analyze, test, and validate new products
  • Identify and troubleshoot billing discrepancies, escalating and resolving issues
  • Generate reports and provide insights related to expected billing performance, revenue forecasting, and customer usage patterns
  • Contribute to system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and configuration of billing modules
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 years of experience in billing operations, ideally within the telecommunications industry
  • Knowledge of mobile telephony billing systems and processes, including mediation, rating, and invoicing
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar data management software
  • **Personal Skills**
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to align diverse teams
  • Experience with new service launches or project rollouts is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
