About the role

  • Act as Product Owner for Orizon digital mobile and web applications
  • Own end-to-end UI/UX across all Orizon digital assets
  • Champion customer experience across all digital channels
  • Define and optimize digital customer journeys
  • Design specifications for digital product functionalities and features
  • Lead project management and service delivery of the Digital Roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial and IT teams to define, develop, and execute the digital strategy
  • Define, monitor, and optimize performance management metrics and KPIs across digital channels and applications
  • Plan, monitor, and control digital project spend, including P&L and budget management
  • Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to ensure digital products remain category-leading

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience on relevant roles, ideally in Telecommunications, Banking, Utilities, Retail industry
  • University Degree in Technology, Engineering, Statistics or in a related field
  • Master’s degree will be considered a plus
  • PMO certifications will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in English
