• Creation and maintenance of measurement programs on 3D CMMs (Wenzel CM Software / Mora Inca Software)
• Series measurements for capability analyses
• Incoming goods inspection using CAQ
• Execution of production releases in the manufacturing process according to CAQ
• Measurements for analysis during complaint handling
• Handling of length gauges, surface roughness tester, tensile/compression testing machine, and digital and analog profile projector (optical comparator)
• Experience with CAQ software Böhme & Weihs or Babtec for the creation of inspection and production control plans
• Sample approvals according to PPAP/PPF procedures and requalification testing
