About the role

Overall responsibility for Quality Assurance and Quality Management at the Remscheid site
Technical and disciplinary leadership of an experienced team
Ensuring, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality processes across the entire value chain
Implementation and further development of our certified QMS according to IATF 16949, including planning and conducting internal and external audits
Independent handling and systematic analysis of quality deviations/non-conformities, including tracking of corrective actions
Use of standard QM methods such as FMEA, 8D reports, PPAP, SPC, APQP and root cause analyses
Point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal interfaces on quality-related matters
Definition, monitoring and evaluation of quality metrics

Degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification (technician)
Solid training in quality management with several years of professional experience in the automotive sector
Experience with part sampling/approval processes in the automotive industry (e.g., PPAP)
Leadership experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing company
Deep knowledge of IATF 16949/ISO 9001/VDA 6.3 standards; ideally certified as a VDA 6.3 auditor
Confident user of quality management software (e.g., Babtec)
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and excellent problem-solving ability
Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
