About the role
- Provide customer support via Zendesk, chat, and phone, ensuring efficient and personalized service;
- Prepare quotes, make reservations, issue and reissue domestic travel services, including air, ground transportation, accommodation, and car rentals;
- Use Sabre, E‑LATAM and other systems at a user level;
- Provide immediate feedback to the corporate department regarding incidents, including compliments, complaints, and suggestions for improvement;
- Maintain and update the Help Center, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;
- Act as a liaison between the corporate department and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
- Technical course and/or ongoing undergraduate studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Experience providing customer service through digital channels;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
- Corporate travel experience preferred;
- Intermediate English preferred.
