About the role
- Responsibility for and optimization of online checkout and sales processes to increase revenue and conversions
- Management, operation and further development of the websites of the Volksbanken network
- Design and implementation of measures to improve the digital customer journey and maximize conversion rates (CRO)
- Definition and prioritization of the product backlog for web and digital sales topics
- Analysis and monitoring of relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue) and derivation of optimization measures
- Close collaboration with digitization, sales management and IT teams as well as external service providers
Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Innovation Management or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in digital sales, e‑commerce or web management
- Experience with CRO and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, KPIs and conversion optimization
- You demonstrate trust and a regional mindset in your daily work and enjoy working in a team
