About the role
- Responsible for and optimization of online sales completion processes (checkout/conversion flows) to increase revenue and conversions
- Management, operation and further development of the Volksbanken network websites
- Designing and implementing measures to improve the digital customer journey and maximize conversion rates (CRO)
- Defining and prioritizing the product backlog for web and digital sales topics
- Analyzing and monitoring relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue) and deriving optimization measures
- Close coordination with digitization, sales management, and IT teams, as well as external service providers
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, e-commerce, innovation management, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or web management
- Experience with CRO and performance optimization
- Understanding of digital customer journeys, KPIs, and conversion optimization
- You demonstrate trustworthiness and a regional (local) mindset in your daily work and enjoy working in a team
