About the role
- Develop financing solutions for our clients to help them realize their housing dreams
- Support our branch client advisors in the area of housing finance
- Build and continuously expand housing financing in line with our business strategy
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and assessment of residential construction and renovation projects in close cooperation with other specialist departments
- Work closely with our distribution and sales partners
- Analyze and carry out cross-selling activities
Requirements
- Vocational/business qualification with further training in finance and ideally in the real estate sector
- Experience as a client advisor with a focus on housing finance
- Enthusiasm for housing-related topics and commitment to ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest developments and trends
- Analytical approach and experience in the structured development of financing solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think strategically and across functions
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and negotiation ability
