Coordinate across multiple teams and projects at both business and organizational levels to ensure contract compliance.
Provide technical leadership, quality assurance oversight, and decision-oriented recommendations.
Ensure objectives are met in key areas including customer satisfaction, quality, schedule, and team performance.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with customer priorities and identify opportunities for solution enhancements.
Manage financial performance on a per-project basis, including forecasts, profitability, and reporting to leadership.
Conduct monthly internal and external status meetings; ensure accurate and timely delivery of all contractual reporting and deliverables.
Supervise technical professionals and foster a collaborative team environment.
Maintain an active understanding of the project and opportunity pipeline for key customers.
Track, report, and achieve measurable goals related to opportunity pipeline development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of project management experience with technology projects
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (or higher) from a federal agency.
Experience creating contract-related documents such as the PMP, QCP, monthly reports, cost-based reporting, and PMRs.
Experience working with multiple projects and multiple customers in an active, dynamic environment.
High effective in operating with keen political and cultural awareness toward customers.
Advanced-level skills with using all products in the Microsoft Office suite including: Formatting in Word and High-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations.
Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project or program management certification.
Preferred Active Public Trust clearance (or higher) from a federal agency.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
