About the role
- Lead end-to-end projects for security and fire capabilities with service-integration principles including standardized processes, single-pane operations, and service catalogs
- Facilitate security technology solutions that enhance capabilities and support future-state operations
- Establish, track, and report metrics for system health, operational performance, and business value
- Use metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Utilize Microsoft 365 (MS365) Teams, Planner, Project, SharePoint, Power Business Intelligence (BI) to run projects, manage documentation, automate workflows, and create dashboards for stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure security and fire resiliency, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
- 1+ years of experience working in the private and/or government sector in security, fire protection, law enforcement, medical response, or emergency preparedness
- 1+ years of experience developing and managing metrics
- 1+ years of experience with dashboards, reports, and KPIs
