- Reconciliation of inventory information
- CMDB updates
- Management of approvals for asset movements
- Populating asset information for billing
- Monitoring of logical inventories
- Reports on active asset inventory
Requirements
- Completed technical course/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware, Hardware Maintenance, or Software Maintenance
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field (advantageous)
- Previous experience with ticketing/service desk systems
- Experience with logical inventory management tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft tools
- Intermediate Excel skills
