Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Hardware, or IT Management.
  • Experience managing IT services, including SLAs and OLAs, focused on ensuring quality levels and support aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience managing IT service projects using agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Knowledge of information security, including Cyber Security, and the ability to lead security initiatives and incident response.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with proactivity, organization, clear communication (verbal and written), and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience defining and implementing strategic IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives and needs.
  • Technical knowledge in Level I and II support, and in service monitoring to ensure continuity and operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4.
  • ITIL v4 certification (differential).
