Sales Engineer

• Provide customer product application support to all industries within respective territory
• Act as a technical resource consulting engineers, contractors, and end users providing guidance and support in product selection, application engineering, technical and application troubleshooting
• Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
• Building strong client relationships/friendships to maintain old business and acquire new customers with the goal to increase territory sales annually.
• Collaborating with various internal company departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
• Keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires and resolving complaints
• Acting as the client’s representative in the company to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
• Collecting and analyzing data concerning customer behavior to understand changing needs
