About the role

  • Be accountable for user acquisition targets per channel, including forecasting, performance reviews, and reporting.
  • Own acquisition results across paid acquisition, organic acquisition, owned social channels, influencers, creators, affiliate programs, partnerships, and distribution-led acquisition.
  • Translate company and marketing strategy into clear acquisition plans by channel, defining priorities, targets, expected impact, and trade-offs.
  • Define short- and mid-term acquisition plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Establish and maintain forecasting models to support planning and investment decisions.
  • Define and own acquisition KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence, ensuring visibility by channel, geography, and cohort.
  • Review performance regularly, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions when results deviate from targets.
  • Drive a culture of continuous experimentation and optimization, focused on scale, efficiency, and long-term impact.
  • Manage the User Acquisition budget, including allocation, optimization, and efficiency across channels.
  • Lead and develop a User Acquisition team, establishing clear ownership, roles, and operating rhythms across acquisition channels.
  • Partner closely with VP of Marketing, Product and Growth teams, and Data teams for robust attribution, experimentation, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, growth, or performance marketing roles within B2C software products.
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing products with millions of users, ideally in desktop and/or mobile environments.
  • Strong hands-on background on B2C acquisition targets and budgets, with accountability for volume and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ownership of user acquisition targets, including volume, efficiency, and forecasting.
  • Experience managing or influencing acquisition budgets, with a strong focus on ROI and sustainable growth.
  • Ability to operate at senior manager level: translating strategy into execution plans, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams, setting clear goals, accountability, and operating rhythms.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher) written and spoken.
  • Based in Europe (remote-friendly).
