About the role
- Own and drive commercial agreements
- Support complex negotiations and strategic initiatives
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess legal risks
- Support key legal workstreams across IP, data protection, and compliance
- Help build the legal foundations that scale
- Support international expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to a culture of trust
Requirements
- 7+ years of legal experience
- Strong exposure to commercial and tech-driven environments
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Admission to the bar or equivalent professional qualification in at least one EU Member State and/or the United States
- Solid in-house legal experience
- Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts end-to-end
- Experience working on or close to technology/product topics
- A builder mindset
- Strong communication skills in English
- A collaborative, team-player approach
