About the role
- You are the anchor when our professional rental agencies have questions about numbers, postings and integrations.
- You ensure the customer's accounting setup is correct and that questions are resolved quickly.
- You independently lead setup and consultation meetings with our clients and their tax advisors to create a solid foundation for financial accounting in our software.
- You analyze accounting issues, identify solutions for user errors and resolve discrepancies that can occur when reconciling general ledger accounts in downstream systems.
- You answer questions about the application, features and accounting processes within the software, diving deep into each customer's individual situation.
- You work closely with our clients and their tax firms and act as a knowledgeable translator between accounting terminology and software logic.
- In this role you combine your accounting expertise with technical understanding to ensure our clients’ commercial success.
Requirements
- Your background – You come from practical experience. Ideally you have experience from a tax firm (e.g., trained tax clerk).
- Analytical thinking – You have a strong numerical aptitude and enjoy independently analyzing complex issues and uncovering sources of error.
- Language – Excellent German skills, both written and spoken, are essential for handling complex matters. English skills are an advantage.
- Communication – Your open, service-oriented manner makes it easy for you to communicate on equal terms with both accounting professionals and users without prior knowledge.
- Technical understanding – You are tech-savvy and can quickly familiarize yourself with new digital processes.
- Way of working – You work in a structured, independent and absolutely reliable manner — accuracy is your standard, especially in the financial area.
- Composure – You don’t lose your cool easily. When several inquiries come in at once, you stay calm and remain the friendly rock in the surf.
