Implementation Specialist

• Ensure timely project delivery for new implementations, customer expansions, data migrations, and system integrations.
• Manage internal dependencies, customer contingencies, and competing priorities to ensure customer satisfaction and drive early adoption of Vodori.
• Act as a trusted consultant, using client goals and pain points to advise on industry standards and best processes, as facilitated by Vodori’s core platform.
• Coordinate internal resources and manage external dependencies to ensure successful and on time implementations.
• Define and adhere to project schedules, managing competing priorities and mitigating risks.
• Identify and execute internal improvement opportunities to optimize the delivery of implementation and onboarding services.
