About the role
- Provide support within the Legal Affairs team by assisting in the drafting, review, and negotiation of legal documents
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support senior members of the legal team with transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Manage and maintain the company’s IP portfolio including trademarks, copyrights, and domain names
- Undertake periodic review of company policies to ensure compliance and alignment with legislation
- Identify potential legal and contractual risks, providing practical, solutions-oriented recommendations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies, templates, and process improvements
Requirements
- LLB degree (or equivalent legal qualification)
- Admitted attorney (or in the process of admission)
- 0–2 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within a telecommunications or technology-focused legal environment
- Commercial law, drafting and negotiation experience, with ability to provide innovative legal solutions in a fast moving industry
