About the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to support recruitment activities.
- Provide consistent, high-quality administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain reports related to resources, projects and recruitment activities.
- Manage interview alignments, rescheduling, and day-to-day coordination to ensure an inclusive and efficient candidate journey.
- Follow up with hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback.
- Support effective offer management by collaborating with hiring teams to deliver competitive, well-structured offers.
Requirements
- Proficient in using ATS platforms, scheduling tools, email and video-conferencing applications.
- Highly organised, with the ability to structure tasks and manage priorities independently.
- Skilled in reporting and capable of producing accurate documentation and data outputs.
- An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working autonomously with limited direct supervision.
- Skilled in Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, apply formulas, and generate reports.
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced German language skills (C1 preferred).
