About the role
- Lead and inspire a Process Excellence Team
- Own and run the end-to-end Process Excellence demand process
- Shape and manage the Finance process landscape
- Plan and deliver a clear Process Excellence roadmap
- Drive cross-functional Finance initiatives
- Track, report and realise Finance benefits
- Build strong relationships with Finance Process Owners and senior stakeholders
- Champion a digital and continuous improvement mindset
- Use insight and data from dashboards to tell the story of progress
Requirements
- Line management experience
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end process improvement
- Lean tools and approaches to drive optimisation
- Confident in process documentation and governance
- Experience with methodologies and tools such as ARIS or Signavio
- Lean or Six Sigma qualifications or experience with SAP Signavio, telecoms, IT or Finance environments (bonus)
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Comfortable applying governance to keep complex initiatives moving efficiently
- Passion for developing people and improving processes
