About the role

  • Begin in our training academy receiving in-depth sales and customer service training.
  • Take incoming calls from both new and existing customers about broadband deals, phones or SIMs.
  • Be the main point of contact ensuring customers get the best advice and service possible.
  • Opportunity to earn uncapped commission by offering customers the right Vodafone products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Always act ethically ensuring correct information is provided for informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Enjoy speaking to people over the phone and providing excellent customer experience in line with our TRUST framework.
  • Motivated by being set and achieving clear targets.
  • Resilient, able to deal with minor setbacks and stay motivated for the next customer.
  • Sales experience is useful, but not essential as we will help you develop these skills.
