About the role
- Begin in our training academy receiving in-depth sales and customer service training.
- Take incoming calls from both new and existing customers about broadband deals, phones or SIMs.
- Be the main point of contact ensuring customers get the best advice and service possible.
- Opportunity to earn uncapped commission by offering customers the right Vodafone products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Always act ethically ensuring correct information is provided for informed decisions.
Requirements
- Enjoy speaking to people over the phone and providing excellent customer experience in line with our TRUST framework.
- Motivated by being set and achieving clear targets.
- Resilient, able to deal with minor setbacks and stay motivated for the next customer.
- Sales experience is useful, but not essential as we will help you develop these skills.
