About the role
- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end Finance testing across major transformation and integration programmes
- Partner closely with Finance Business Analysts, Change Leads and Subject Matter Experts
- Define and drive a strategic Finance testing roadmap
- Own testing governance managing test plans, RAID logs, escalations and defect resolution
- Provide clear, confident test progress and readiness reporting to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate testing activity across multiple releases and business functions
Requirements
- Experience leading testing or UAT at enterprise scale, ideally within Finance or complex enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting workflows and billing assurance
- Confident in test planning, risk‑based testing, traceability and coverage reporting
- Drive defect management and communicate clearly across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable engaging with senior leaders, explaining risks, progress and decisions clearly
- Thrive in a fast‑moving environment, able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Experience coordinating testing across multiple releases or distributed programmes
- Proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset, looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working
- ISTQB or equivalent certification (great if you do, but not essential)
