About the role

  • Provide a strategic focus on our Sales Transformation across Vodafone Business
  • Program manage sales transformation projects to ensure ongoing consistency in goal definition and measurement between cross-functional teams and the sales organization
  • Development, management, facilitation and evaluation of our Customer Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Designing and driving key strategic initiatives to support customer engagement, revenue improvement and new sales improvement by collaborating with sales and key functional partners
  • Partnering with Sales leaders to create and implement an executive engagement strategy and plan, to deepen relationships with key decision makers and executives within our key customers
  • Creating strategic customer insights, market trends and provide opportunity landscape when collaborating with sales heads and utilizing secondary research
  • Support in creating and driving senior management meetings, content for business reviews & support on Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of executive engagement initiatives, providing regular updates to sales leadership on ROI and relationship health
  • Support Head of Business Sales with key business management activities as required

Requirements

  • Good understanding of B2B sales strategy and customer lifecycle
  • Experience running high-profile events & at managing strategic programmes/projects end-to-end
  • Ability to work and influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead and facilitate strategic discussions including ability to influence internal and external stakeholders up to executive and senior levels
  • Empathetic to customer needs and ability to advocate for them internally
