About the role
- Monitor and troubleshoot International Roaming services to maintain high service availability and performance.
- Apply in-depth expertise in 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE core network parameters and optimisation.
- Manage proactive and reactive incidents within agreed SLAs while ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation by analysing existing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Use strong analytical capabilities to diagnose network quality KPI degradation and resolve customer-impacting issues.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience working in roaming technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Engineering Graduate with hands-on experience in SS7, SMS/SMPP, LTE and associated core network technologies.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting STP, DRA/DEA platforms and understanding of their interworking with core networks.
