About the role
- Engage with data owners, markets, and entities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of cyber security data feeds.
- Onboard new data feeds in accordance with established architectural guidelines across GCP and Qlik platforms.
- Support reporting activities related to strategic objectives, KPIs, and overall progress of the Global Cyber Security team.
- Implement and maintain automated and real-time analytics for Cyber Security Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of senior management reporting by compiling monthly dashboards, providing data-driven updates, and collaborating with global and market SPOCs to consolidate programme and KRI information.
Requirements
- Skilled in interpreting Security KPIs and KRIs, with the ability to conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and support decision-making.
- Experienced in designing and implementing reporting frameworks across large and diverse global organisations.
- Proactive, organised, and confident in working autonomously while meeting strict timelines.
- Able to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations through compelling reporting.
- Strong communicator who can simplify technical, complex information for varied audiences.
- Proficient in PowerBI, SAP tools, Qlik, and QlikSense dashboard development.
- Possess strong business acumen, ideally with experience in the telecommunications, technology, or security sectors.
- Experienced in KPI management, reporting, and business analysis.
- Educated to degree level.
