About the role

  • Manage and monitor daily financial operations, including payment instructions, cash movements, and bank reconciliations
  • Ensuring the necessary accounting automation for payment systems and e-money transactions
  • Oversee vendor and merchant/aggregator payment processes and related reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation between bank accounts and accounting records
  • Support CBRT and other regulatory financial reporting requirements
  • Contribute to monthly and annual closing processes, including P&L and balance sheet support
  • Execute and coordinate internal and external audit processes
  • Support tax calculation, reporting, and compliance processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
  • Min 6 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in fintech, e-money, or payment services
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes
  • Hands-on experience in daily financial operations and month-end closing
  • Experience in regulatory reporting is a plus
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly reliable
  • Strong follow-up skills and sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working in an operationally intensive environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English
