About the role

  • Plan and deliver cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions aligned to global IT strategy and standards
  • Provide delivery support during project development and ensure consistent implementation against quality and process criteria
  • Manage workload within the Project Delivery & Build team
  • Ensure high-quality, updated project information in tracking tools
  • Initiate and deliver projects in line with Project Delivery Management guidelines
  • Manage procurement of project hardware/software and coordinate installation of servers, storage, LAN, security, DB, middleware, and related components
  • Secure Operational QA approvals with VT-IS & OPCO teams
  • Recommend and drive process improvements across VCI teams

Requirements

  • Strong IT delivery management background in infrastructure implementation
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep knowledge of IT/Data Centre standards; ITIL preferred
  • Understanding of telecom IT service provisioning
  • Broad technical knowledge across IT domains
  • International project/service management experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong project management skills
  • PRINCE2 (desired)
