About the role

  • Manage end-to-end HR system operations, including new starters, changes, leavers, and payroll reports.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports and respond to ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain and improve data integrity by collaborating with stakeholders and updating processes.
  • Participate in HR projects, system updates, and user acceptance testing for new releases.
  • Support payroll by providing accurate employee information and assist with offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (HR major preferred).
  • 1–2 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors HR modules and EVO HR systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
