About the role
- Manage end-to-end HR system operations, including new starters, changes, leavers, and payroll reports.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports and respond to ad hoc requests.
- Maintain and improve data integrity by collaborating with stakeholders and updating processes.
- Participate in HR projects, system updates, and user acceptance testing for new releases.
- Support payroll by providing accurate employee information and assist with offboarding processes.
- Handle employee inquiries and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (HR major preferred).
- 1–2 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors HR modules and EVO HR systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
