About the role

  • As Senior Partner Account Manager – Indirect Sales (m/f/d), you are responsible for the strategic management of relevant business partners with significant impact and high potential for converged channel success.
  • You ensure a heterogeneous partner setup in your territory by continuously analysing the partner landscape and identifying new potential partners.
  • You actively pursue acquisition, onboard these new business partners and bring them to productivity.
  • You ensure a long-term, proactive high operational presence with the business partners entrusted to you, providing effective partner support and retention within the respective sales territory.
  • You identify market and growth opportunities for business customers, business partners and Vodafone, integrating Total Comms solutions as well as mobile, fixed-line, ICT and UCC.
  • You develop sales strategies and visions for the systematic development of business partners at CXO level.
  • You work closely with the partner’s sales management on portfolio analysis and partner pipeline.
  • You support cross- and upselling as well as sales-support measures for key account opportunities in cooperation with Vodafone’s Direct Sales organisation.

Requirements

  • A completed (technical) university degree or commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in indirect sales of telecom and high‑tech products – mobile, fixed-line, ICT and, where applicable, UCC.
  • Very good knowledge of the German telecommunications and business partner market, as well as of the offered products and solution capabilities with regard to meeting customer needs and pricing structures.
  • Audience-appropriate communication skills.
  • Strong presence, negotiation skills and good didactic/presentation abilities.
  • Proven strength in prospecting and closing deals.
  • Business‑fluent German and English (C1 CEFR).
