About the role

  • As an Account Manager, Enterprise Sales (m/f/d) you are responsible for selling standard products, catalog solutions and add‑ons to existing customers and to new customers (acquisition) within a designated sales territory.
  • You are accountable for revenue and target attainment for your assigned sales territory.
  • You ensure strong market presence as well as effective customer support and retention for Vodafone in your territory.
  • You analyze the sales territory, qualify customer contacts, identify and acquire new customer opportunities, maximize existing customer potential and reduce churn.
  • You conduct needs analyses for customers while taking competitive conditions into account (price analyses, complementary needs).
  • You independently manage appointment scheduling, sales visits, proposal creation, follow‑ups, contract closures, evaluations of success or failure, post‑sales customer care and customer win‑back activities.

Requirements

  • Secondary school leaving certificate (Abitur) and completed commercial vocational training as a minimum requirement; ideally a completed university degree.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in sales of telecommunications or hardware/software/IT products.
  • Good technical understanding.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset and approach.
  • Good English skills (B2 level according to CEFR).
