About the role
- Engage with data owners and global markets to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely maintenance of cyber security data feeds
- Onboard new data feeds aligned to defined architectural and process design using GCP and Qlik
- Support reporting and tracking of delivery against the Global Cyber Security strategy and KPIs
- Develop, automate, and maintain real‑time analytics for Cyber Security Key Risk Indicators
- Ensure accuracy of senior management reporting, compile monthly dashboards, and collaborate with global and market SPOCs for programme and KRI reporting
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of cyber security KPIs and KRIs
- Experience designing and implementing reporting metrics in complex, global environments
- Proactive, organised and able to work autonomously under strict timelines
- Ability to translate data insights into clear, meaningful narratives and recommendations
- Experience using PowerBI, SAP, Qlik and QlikSense
- Hold a degree and have background experience in KPI, reporting or business analyst roles
