About the role

  • Produce responsive and multi‑platform UX and UI assets including wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity compositions.
  • Maintain structured, systematic design files and supporting documentation.
  • Apply and evolve design‑system components and style guides.
  • Incorporate research insights into design decisions and advocate for user needs.
  • Communicate design rationale effectively to peers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to measurable improvements in product performance and user experience across digital journeys.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of UX, UI, or Product Design experience, ideally in a product or service‑led environment.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, producing high‑quality wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes.
  • Understand modern responsive design, usability principles, and mobile/web standards.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience and a strong portfolio showing UX/UI design outcomes.
  • Present ideas clearly and explain design decisions with confidence and clarity.
