About the role
- Support Privacy by Design and Assurance activities, including conducting privacy impact assessments.
- Triage, categorise, and manage incoming privacy requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in Data Privacy Incident Management and Supplier Compliance processes.
- Conduct re-assessments of high and medium-risk personal data processing activities.
- Support regular policy compliance reviews and maintain documentation.
- Provide internal and external data protection query support.
- Develop and embed privacy notices, templates, and best practices.
- Contribute to and manage Group Privacy team projects.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years’ experience in privacy or compliance roles.
- Good understanding of global privacy regulations and frameworks; GDPR and ISO27001 framework.
- Knowledge of compliance management standards, tools, and methodologies (experience with OneTrust is a plus).
- Familiarity with contracts and data protection clauses (advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a global team.
