About the role
- Support the full product lifecycle, from new product and feature launches to preparing products for public sector frameworks and helping sales teams take them to market.
- Work closely with experts across Product, Service Design, Partners and Pre-Sales to learn how our solutions are built and delivered.
- Help review product performance and contribute to business cases for ongoing NPD roadmap planning and delivery.
- Capture and document customer requirements, ensuring they’re carried through solution and service design.
- Join customer and partner meetings, workshops and presentations as part of the Pre-Sales & Product team.
- Work with Sales and wider teams to support go to market, sales enablement and promotion of VBSE products and services.
- Study toward a Level 4 Digital Product Manager apprenticeship, delivered by one of our trusted training partners.
Requirements
- Must hold GCSE English & Maths at Grade 4/C or above by September 2026
- Must meet UK Government apprenticeship levy funding eligibility requirements
- This position requires the ability to obtain and hold UK Security Check (SC) clearance
