About the role

  • Deliver enhancements and data migration projects for FI and SCM master data objects using SAP MDG.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA upgrades.
  • Provide timely support to operational teams for master data management issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve SAP MDG challenges through innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to configurations and data migration activities for small rollout projects.
  • Create business requirement specifications, define future-state processes, and translate requirements into functional designs.

Requirements

  • Experienced SAP MDG Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on MDG configuration and customisation experience.
  • Skilled in data modelling, UI modelling, process modelling, DRF, key mapping, BRF+, validations, and derivations.
  • Strong understanding of Material, Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, and Finance master data.
  • Experienced in full lifecycle implementation: design, build, fit-gap, configuration, data migration, cutover, and go-live.
  • Knowledgeable in consolidation, harmonisation, and central governance of FI and SCM master data.
  • Familiar with SAP MDG workflows, Floorplan Manager enhancements, and cross-system data integration (SAP and non-SAP).
  • Basic understanding of SAP BTP and MDG cloud services.
  • Effective communicator with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • SAP certification is preferred.
