About the role

  • Manage end‑to‑end incident and problem resolution within Pega ecosystems

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Skilled in debugging, coding, root‑cause analysis, and unit testing
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with senior developers for guidance
  • Knowledgeable in SLA management, deployment execution, and technical documentation
