About the role

  • You are responsible for carrying out commissioned acquisition projects for site acquisition, contract portfolio management, real estate management and marketing.
  • You are responsible for the timely and qualitative monitoring and acceptance of the acquisition services to be provided until handover to the operational units.
  • Ensure legal validity and compliance with approval guidelines as part of a review of pre-decision processes according to uniform quality and efficiency standards.
  • You are responsible for lease and usage agreements for the construction and operation of telecommunications sites, particularly radio sites.
  • You independently create project and schedule plans and contribute to efficient resource planning with regard to order management, acceptance, invoice verification and approval, as well as escalation, approval and control mechanisms.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in site acquisition or in the real estate industry
  • A degree or vocational training in real estate or law
  • Knowledge of fundamental real estate principles
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking and working, and application of project management techniques
  • Very good knowledge of professional project management
  • Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2), both written and spoken
