About the role
- Manage and administer SAP BusinessObjects systems, including upgrades, clustering, and overall platform maintenance in UNIX environments.
- Oversee ODI operations and contribute to smooth data integration processes.
- Utilise Oracle SQL and PL/SQL expertise for system support, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
- Apply analytical skills to identify issues, diagnose root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field.
- Bring 6+ years of experience in SAP BO Administration and deep understanding of SAP BO responsibilities.
- Proficient in Linux/Unix environments, demonstrating power-user capabilities.
- Skilled in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and familiar with Java programming concepts.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively within agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Experience in the telecom industry is preferred but not essential.
