About the role

  • Provide effective and efficient management of performance-related pay across Customer Service and Sales
  • Deliver consistent approach to targeting, forecasting, analytics and reward
  • Drive continuous improvement, maximising investment through innovative and engaging reward structures
  • Support the administration and governance of partner remuneration
  • Work with senior leadership to optimise performance through effective reward structures and budget management
  • Support end-to-end governance and delivery of bonus structures
  • Proactively work with internal customers to understand, shape, agree and deliver their analytical and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Skilled in MS Excel
  • Comfortable with extracting and interpreting large data sets
  • Proficiency in SQL is preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience of administering commission schemes would be preferable though not essential
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Creative mind-set and the ability to generate new ideas and approaches
  • Must be highly analytical and methodical
