About the role
- Provide effective and efficient management of performance-related pay across Customer Service and Sales
- Deliver consistent approach to targeting, forecasting, analytics and reward
- Drive continuous improvement, maximising investment through innovative and engaging reward structures
- Support the administration and governance of partner remuneration
- Work with senior leadership to optimise performance through effective reward structures and budget management
- Support end-to-end governance and delivery of bonus structures
- Proactively work with internal customers to understand, shape, agree and deliver their analytical and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Skilled in MS Excel
- Comfortable with extracting and interpreting large data sets
- Proficiency in SQL is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience of administering commission schemes would be preferable though not essential
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Creative mind-set and the ability to generate new ideas and approaches
- Must be highly analytical and methodical
