About the role

  • Provide technical and financial advisory to Business Relationship Managers during demand assessment and feasibility analysis.
  • Recommend the most suitable technology platforms across on‑premises and cloud landscapes.
  • Lead follow‑up technical discussions and support high‑level cost estimations.
  • Create logical and low‑level solution designs and ensure GIANT system alignment.
  • Act as the technical interface between customers, internal delivery hubs, technical pillars, and product management teams.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of solution designs into delivery—either as projects or standard services.
  • Translate infrastructure requirements into clear, comprehensive solution designs.
  • Collaborate with Programme and Project Managers to ensure timely and high‑quality implementation of designed solutions.
  • Support simple demands handled directly by the Tech Pillars and ensure overall design governance.
  • Contribute to consultancy and technical forums for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of modern IT technologies across on‑premises and public/private cloud environments, ideally within the VCI Product Portfolio (e.g., DRCC, OCI, CI, VMWare, Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Advanced understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN), telephony, storage, backup, and firewall/router/switch configuration.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into architectural designs.
  • Strong background in IT delivery management with experience in infrastructure implementation.
  • Skilled in low‑level infrastructure design, data security best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience designing and supporting complex network solutions in a large‑scale organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in international, distributed teams.
  • Minimum five years’ experience across at least two infrastructure solution development areas (e.g., architecture, network management, middleware, cloud development).
  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Fluent in English.
