About the role
- Develop custom adapters, process tasks, and connectors for OIM 12c PS3.
- Configure and implement event handlers, schedulers, and plugins.
- Design and develop process definitions, forms, and email notification resolvers.
- Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure smooth handovers between development and BAU support.
- Gather requirements and deliver development packages within agreed timelines and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and contribute to innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate (Engineering preferred).
- Strong experience in OIM 12c PS3 development (custom adapters, schedulers, connectors).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Access Manager.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE and scripting for Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with WebLogic Server and SOA composite deployments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with onsite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
