About the role

  • Operate and monitor data centre activities on a 24/7 shift basis, ensuring smooth execution of Data Warehouse and Billing cycles.
  • Maintain quality standards for all processes and trigger improvements where necessary.
  • Report data centre performance and activities as Level 1 support.
  • Handle service quality escalations and coordinate with Level 2 support teams.
  • Ensure the knowledge base is updated and cascade information to team members.
  • Develop lessons learned and contribute to service delivery enhancements.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer or Communication Engineering or Computer Science is a plus (not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of IT experience, preferably in technical support.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of operating systems (Linux and Windows).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft, Unix/Linux systems.
  • Shell scripting knowledge and ITIL certification are advantageous.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to identify patterns and correlations between system messages and customer data.
